Source Leadership Institute was born from the idea that what humanity has come to realize about our true potential is a mismatch for the level of leadership to which we are subjected. As a result, the world is witnessing a massive credibility gap and crisis of leadership.

 

The Source Leadership Institute's efforts include giving mainstream leaders access to roundtable sessions, group facilitation, and one-on-one consulting designed to bring them beyond their current level of mind. When leaders attain (or remember) being in a "creator state" they can transmit to others a way to be part of the solution.
